Participate in free workout sessions conducted by Ultimate Fitness across the next 6 weeks at The Fort. Throughout the challenge you will gain encouragement and training tips from Coach Erwin, founder of Ultimate Fitness who will be with you every step of the way, pushing you to Earn Your Armour.


EARN YOUR ARMOUR with FIGHT FORM!

 

Finally, Manila can experience what MMA fighters go through in a match. For 6 weeks, participants can train like a fighter BUT without the physical contact. No blood...No tears... Only sweat.

 

Fight Form is a high-intensity circuit training utilizing the movements from different martial arts like Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu. Created by Philippine MMA pioneer, Erwin Tagle, Fight Form is now the hottest workout in the Metro and is followed by today's coolest celebrities.

 

THE CHALLENGES

 

1. Skills

To be done during the first 2 weeks, participants will be asked to do a set of Fight Form moves which focus on skills throughout each week. The goal is to register the most number of sets within a certain time period (ideally 30 to 60 in 3 minutes)

 

2. Agility

To be done during the 3rd and 4th weeks, participants will be asked to perform a set of Fight Form moves which focus on agility. The goal is to register the most number of reps using the proper form. (ideally 30 to 60 reps in 3 minutes)

 

3. Endurance

To be done during the 5th and 6th weeks, participants will be asked to perform a set of Fight Form moves which focus on endurance. The goal is to register the longest time doing the workout.

I. Fight Form Intro (4:30 to 4;00pm)
   a. Open Workout for 5 minutes
   
II. Celebrity MMA fitness Exhibition (5pm to 6pm)  ( With identified celebrities on MMA & fitness)

III. Earn your armour challenge -Elite (6pm to 7pm)


 Personal Profile 


 

A student of martial arts ever since he was a kid, Coach Erwin Tagle is affectionately known as the "Bruce Lee of the Philippines". Having trained in different martial arts for more than two decades, he is part of the pioneering generation that kick-started Mixed Martial Arts in the Philippines.

As part of his mission to promote MMA as a mainstream sport, Coach Erwin has established training gyms in Metro Manila and in key regions in the country. These gyms provide top-notch training programs to fighters and aspiring fighters. These fighters eventually get to compete representing Team Submission Sport Philippines (SubSport). Aside from professional and amateur fighters, all SubSport gyms have attracted an exclusive clientele comprising of celebrities, models, politicians, and young urban professionals.

In spite of being a fighter, a fight choreographer, a businessman, and a TV Fight Analyst, Coach Erwin remains true to his roots and believes in paying it forward. As part of his advocacy, Coach Erwin has been taking in selected under-privileged youth under his wings, training them to become fighters "fighting for their second chance in life."
