Recommended Usage

On Training Days: 1 serving after training + 1 serving mid-morning or mid-afternoon.
On Non-Training Days: 1 serving mid-morning or 1 serving mid-afternoon.

Serving Instructions

For one serving mix 60g of powder (approximately 1½ scoops) with 350ml-400ml of cold water in a Maxinutrition shaker. Shake to blend and enjoy.
