Are you drinking enough water?

We just don't drink enough water!

Water is vital to life itself; it constitutes approximately 60% of the adult human bosy by weight. Studies have shown that a fluid loss of even 2% of the body weight will adversely affect circulatory functions and decrease performance levels.

A sendentary men and women should consume on average 3.0Liter and 2.2Liter of water per day, respectively.

Try measuring the water you consumed a day and increase to the water of amount you should be drinking. You will be surprised at the after-effects!
